Sawyer's 3D Creations Return & Refund Policy

At Sawyer's 3D Creations, our products are created through a specialized 3D printing process and many items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, Sawyer's 3D Creations may provide a replacement item, replacement part, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Normal Characteristics of 3D Printed Products

The following are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not considered defects:

Visible layer lines
Minor surface imperfections
Slight color variations
Small differences between products
Variations caused by different filament batches

Product Care

To help your product last:

Avoid exposure to excessive heat
Do not leave products in hot vehicles
Keep products away from open flames
Handle articulated products with reasonable care

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, modifications, or exposure to extreme conditions is not eligible for replacement or refund.

Safety Notice

Some products may contain small parts and moving pieces. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Products are not intended for children under 3 years of age.
