Processing Times

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, special events, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Because many of our products are made to order, some items may require additional production time before shipment.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Sawyer's 3D Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Postal disruptions
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, Sawyer's 3D Creations cannot guarantee address changes or package rerouting.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but it cannot be located, customers should:

  • Check with household members and neighbors
  • Check around the delivery location
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Sawyer's 3D Creations is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Additional fees imposed by their country

Sawyer's 3D Creations is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Inventory Availability

Sawyer's 3D Creations sells products both online and at in-person events, vendor markets, and retail locations.

While we make every effort to keep inventory accurate, product availability may occasionally differ from what is displayed on the website. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to discuss available options, including:

  • A replacement product
  • A similar product
  • Store credit
  • A full refund

We appreciate your understanding and will work to resolve any inventory discrepancies as quickly as possible.
